Beschreibung

A ’slow flow' class with Hanna begins with awareness of breath and incorporates a new theme each time. We warm up slowly so we can start to flow, building strength and flexibility and getting to know our individual bodies. Sometimes we work towards a ‘peak pose,’ and sometimes the journey doesn’t require a destination. Expect creative sequencing, lots of options for wherever your body's at, and enjoy experiencing traditional poses in a new way. Bad jokes and great music guaranteed.
